Which AI does it run on?
Your own account with Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot. You pay that subscription directly (typically $20 to $30 per person per month) and you own the account. We build inside it and keep one collaborator seat, which you can remove the moment the engagement ends.
What if our knowledge isn't written down?
Then this isn't the right first step, and we'll tell you so at intake instead of taking your money. The setup curates documents you already have. If most of what you know lives in someone's head, writing it down is a separate project we can quote or refer out.
Can you pull our documents out of our old systems?
No. You export your own files and share them with us. We stay out of the data-moving business on purpose, the same rule we hold on our hosting side. It keeps your credentials in your hands and the scope honest.
Will it ever give a wrong answer?
It can, which is why we test it against real questions before handoff and have you sign off on which documents are the truth. Treat it as a fast internal lookup and drafting aid, not a source of legal, financial, or compliance advice.
Why is there a monthly fee at all?
Because your documents change and the assistant does not notice on its own. Prices move, procedures get rewritten, a policy gets replaced but the old version is still sitting there, and staff turn over. An assistant built once and left alone gives confident answers from last year's material, which is worse than no assistant. The monthly is what keeps it honest.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep everything. The assistant lives in your own AI account, so cancelling ends our maintenance, not your access. We remove our collaborator seat and you carry on with it exactly as it was on the last day we touched it. There is a 3-month minimum, then it's month to month.
Why are the monthly hours capped?
Because it's a document-maintenance plan, not an unlimited retainer, and most months use less than the cap. Anything bigger (a new assistant, a new business function, automation work) gets a fixed quote first, so you never get a surprise invoice.
Is our material kept confidential?
Your documents live in your own AI account under that vendor's business terms, not on our servers. We see them only while curating and testing, and we decline legal matter files, patient records, and similar regulated material outright.
