Nova Grid Hosting™ is an independent hosting company, born out of frustration with bloated dashboards, shady renewal pricing, and “enterprise” support that only emails back during business hours.
Why We Exist
Most hosting companies grow by getting better at selling hosting. More upsells, more tiers, renewal prices that quietly double on year two. We grow by getting better at hosting.
Nova Grid is run lean and independent. No private-equity rollup, no acquisition treadmill, no quarterly pressure to invent a new “premium” tier. Just an engineer running infrastructure he actually uses. Every tool we ship, including the AI assistant and the public status page, got built because we wanted it. If it’s useful to you too, that’s the whole point.
We’d rather release something genuinely useful every few weeks than dress up a renewal notice as a feature.

Who’s Behind This
Nova Grid is run by one operator: a U.S. military veteran with an FIU education, and an IT Support Engineer and Cloud Consulting Specialist by day. The hosting work started as a side project to fix what bigger hosts kept getting wrong, and grew from there. The infrastructure is real, the emails get answered by the same person who runs the servers, and that’s intentional.

Nova, our AI assistant, handles the questions that have answers. When she can’t, you get a human. Not a tier-1 script. Not a chatbot decision tree pretending to be one.

Small operators are usually where compliance gets hand-waved. We don’t.
